Warranty

The HealPul Schumann Wave Generator carries a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty starting from your purchase date.
If your device or original accessories are defective under normal use following official user instructions, we offer free repair or replacement within the 1-year warranty period.

All warranty applications require purchase proof and photos + written description of defects. Please reach out to our support team to start your warranty request.
This warranty excludes damage caused by accidental impact, improper misuse, unauthorized disassembly/modification or violation of product operation specifications.

After warranty expiration, paid maintenance service is available; component cost, labor fee and delivery cost will be charged accordingly.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident our Schumann generator improves your sleep, focus and daily relaxation. All core generators enjoy a 30-day satisfaction guarantee starting on delivery day. If you fail to feel expected effects after home use, you can apply for product return.

This 30-day guarantee only applies to main frequency generators; loose accessories can only be returned unused with intact original sealed packaging.

Three Cost Rules for Returns

  1. Our Fault (Manufacture defect, missing accessories, wrong item delivered)

    We cover full return shipping with free pre-paid shipping labels, 0% restocking fee, full amount refund after warehouse inspection.
  2. Personal Reason Return (Change mind, mismatched expectation, no product defect)

    Buyer bears fixed USD$5 return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee (for inspection, repacking & inventory cost), fees will be subtracted from final refund.
  3. Exchange Service (Swap for another model instead of refund)

    Return shipping & restocking fee fully waived, you only need to pay the outbound freight of the new replacement item.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be kept in original intact condition.
  • Main unit, all matching accessories and original inner packaging have no scratch, dent or artificial damage.
  • Wrap the original product box into an extra outer shipping bag/carton as you originally received.
  • Valid order receipt or purchase proof is required for all return applications.

Return Authorization (3 Steps)

Step 1: Submit materials

Send clear photos of device, full packaging and your order receipt to support email before sending back goods.

Step 2: Wait for RMA approval

We review your request within 1~2 working days. Once approved, we will send official return warehouse address.

Step 3: Arrange shipment

Never send parcels without authorized RMA number; unauthorized packages will be rejected on receipt.

Inspection & Refund processing

Once returned goods arrive at our warehouse, items will go through strict inspection. Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection passes.

Refund & Shipping Costs

Original outbound shipping cost at checkout is non-refundable. Checkout-purchased Package Protection fee cannot be refunded either.
  • Defect/error delivery return: Zero deduction on refund, we afford all return freight.
  • Personal voluntary return: $5 return shipping +10% restock fee deducted from refund.
  • Exchange order: No return-related charges, only new item delivery cost needed.
